And even if it was used, it’s not like registrars of voters pressed Send and never looked at the totals recorded by the state.

There are checks and balances built in at every level to review transmitted numbers and ensure they are correct. This process goes on for weeks as they clear ballots

Almost 98% of the country votes on paper ballots.

An Internet Service Provider cannot change the ink marks on a paper ballot.

You’re overlooking that Gillebrand made the trip to meet these Orthodox rabbis who dictate the bloc voting.

FYI Harris got almost 66,000 votes in Rockland County, not zero.

As part of the case filings Smart Elections also listed a lot of stuff that they think is hinky but upon investigation they aren’t suspicious at all.

Like Harris receiving zero votes in five precincts.

FYI Harris is not a party to this lawsuit.

The basis of the case is that Diane Sare an independent Senate candidate has a handful of affidavits from voters saying they voted for her but their vote wasn’t counted.

We are talking about precincts where she got 4 voters total but may have 6 affidavits.
