When I coined the term Weaponized unreality and wrote and spoke publicly about the massive network of bad actors radicalizing digital communities this was exactly what I was speaking about exactly what we are seeing in real life now.American fascism needed a weaponized unreality state and built one.
Twitter pays people based on engagement (views, retweets, comments, etc). It appears that many MAGA accounts are based abroad and they use AI technology to generate low-effort rage bait.
My guess is that this will get worse as AI tech improves. For instance, fake videos of minorities doing crime.

You’re going to garner a huge amount of pushback on this is because if Trump is issuing it legal orders and the military is following them that means the military is going to have to be gutted like a fish and that scares the hell out of people with power in government as it means America has fallen.
One other point I didn't make here: Allies like Britain believe the US is carrying out illegal bombings. Who are we effing kidding? Of course its reasonable to think Trump is issuing illegal orders! Why is this being treated as such a controversial suggestion?
Oddly enough, in media coverage of Dems' video warning against carrying out illegal orders, there's very little discussion of *whether it's actually reasonable to fear Trump is giving illegal commands or not.*

In Monrovia, California, protesters are purchasing 17¢ ICE scrapers from Home Depot and immediately returning them to create long lines and slow down the entire store. Their aim is to disrupt sales and convey a message opposing ICE raids occurring in their neighborhood.

So as it seems the norm when the news gets too heavy and the fascism makes things feel bleak I have been making music again and it feels so so good to be totally free in a space and not have any real outside distractions.
