I'm riding a motorcycle in the San Francisco pride parade with my husband. We have matching realistic animal masks on; mine is a lion and his is a wolf. He is also wearing hockey gear and I am wearing football gear.

I'm standing wearing military gear and holding a kneeling person, also in military gear, by the neck. I have a rubber lion mask on, and he has a jackal-shaped gas mask on.

Two big cat fursuiters are dancing in a club. One is an adolescent lion and the other is a tiger, but maroon.

I'm wearing pony gear, and I'm standing on the other side of a fence from a curious and bemused actual horse.

I've coped by doing a lot of taking-care-of-myself stuff, like exercising more and getting my medical stuff more in order. Feeling viscerally and personally better has helped a lot

I think it would have required allowing “metamorph” colliding with Phyrexian Metamorph or relaxing the requirement that it be “Xmorph” and if I recall the will to do either of those things did not exist

Having a drink with friends at a student bar and I decided to share a Cheeky Vimto fishbowl, (the most millennial of drinks,) with someone. I offhandedly said "wow I don't think I've had one of these since like 2005" only to be met with an INSTANT "wow I was born in 2005 :)"
