Vaping rates are rising across BC, and so is nicotine addiction. We've introduced new legislation that allows BC to take legal action against vape companies to recover public health care costs tied to vaping-related harm.

BC has billions in shovel-ready projects ready to go.

Instead of real jobs for our province, the BC Conservatives are standing up for themselves, infighting and Alberta politics.

We’ll continue to ignore the noise and deliver for this province and country.

Let’s be clear about what Alberta is proposing:

BC loses billions of dollars of major projects from private investors.

AND Canadian taxpayers are forced to pay billions more because there is no interest from a private company.

That’s not fair. And fairness is a Canadian value.

👷‍♂️🏗👷‍♀️ Prompt pay legislation has landed in BC! Prompt pay legislation helps ensure that the work done to build a project is respected. At its foundation, this is about fairness for the construction industry — an industry that has built our province & powered our economy.

Most parents don’t work 9-3 and may end up scrambling to pick up their kids after school.

We’ve introduced legislation that, if passed, would allow school districts to offer seamless child care before and after school, on school grounds.

B.C.'s life sciences and biomanufacturing sector is one of the best in Canada.

We've invested significantly in life sciences initiatives, leveraging federal and private capital to strengthen the sector, create good jobs, and grow our economy.

Today marks the 2nd anniversary of the Hamas terrorist attacks in Israel that took 1,200 lives. Among them, Vancouver's Ben Mizrachi. The pain and grief felt by families, communities and across the world is profound.

BC’s growth is Canada’s growth.

A TeamCanada approach means we can defend Canadian steel producers while ensuring BC has access to fairly priced steel, so we can build our infrastructure, grow the economy, and continue supporting steel workers in B.C.

As B.C. exporters navigate the uncertainty of unjustified U.S. tariffs, we’re making sure they can keep growing and exporting their products and services by becoming CUSMA-compliant.

If you're a B.C. business thinking about exporting to the U.S., apply here for support:

B.C. remains a top global destination for film & TV with world-class talent and stable production.

We’ll remain focused on protecting B.C.'s motion picture industry and the 70,000+ people it employs.

If Trump wants drama, he should stick to reality TV.

The Bishnoi gang has terrorized people in our communities, using violence and extortion.

BC was the first to call on Ottawa to list them as a terrorist entity back in June.

This move gives authorities powers to freeze and seize the gang’s assets and keep our streets safe.

People deserve to live in safe communities, and people with complex mental health and addiction issues need dignified care close to home.

At UBCM, we announced that we are working to open more involuntary care beds across BC, with new sites in Prince George and Surrey.

Just wrapped up a productive trip to Ottawa to push for major BC projects.

If Canada wants to build an engine to power thru Trump's trade war & economic headwinds, the answer is:

look west to British Columbia.

That's where we're building a path to prosperity for all Canadians 🍁
