This whole thread reminds me I took an edible months ago and was smacked with a podcast idea (I know, I know) that I never shared:

I wouldn’t even call Hercules bad per se, just…lesser? Like I get what they were trying to do with the whole “we’ll stage it like it’s a play” thing. And it’s cute. And it starts off with a lot of promise. And then it just kinda goes nowhere for me. I’d rather watch Cats Don’t Dance (same year).

Appreciate this. We should all do a better job of remembering that just cus a band sucks now it doesn’t negate their previous greatness. Those first two Maroon 5 albums were great too.

The subtext is only “female” bodies that meet white patriarchy’s standards. Meanwhile, I actually think men’s bodies are works of art too—yes, even the hairy, unfit, bald ones.

I’ve never cared for the term BDE

But i get the general idea of being drawn to people who have self-possession. A carrying of one’s self with a level of confidence and self-assuredness that is…charming. Not bullish or conceited—a healthy amount of self-worth. It’s intoxicating to witness for sure.

As it exists, I don’t believe that SCOTUS is actually a place that interprets the law or exists to seek justice. It is a lever of power and a numbers game, and I have no respect for it as an institution.

There is no consistency or true philosophy at work, save this: they do what they want.
