Yes, I mean, yes, obviously., but nice to have some meat on the bone...so to speak.

Bluestones to Wiltshire, it's all in the cow teeth. Now enough of this glacial faff.

See you there? 👀
It's #adayinarchaeology today, part of the #festivalofarchaeology. These are some of my reflections on working at Castell Henllys Iron Age Village. (Okay, I know I'm on a train on route to Bradford while posting this, and not at the Fort, but y'all get it).

We have one last surprise for #AskAnArchaeologist...

To keep the discoveries flowing & to celebrate #FestivalOfArchaeology, we’re unlocking the British Archaeology archives for ONE WEEKEND ONLY - totally OPEN ACCESS! 🔓👉 shorturl.at/7uZaD

Let us know what you uncover!
So, also working at an #IronAge hillfort site, covered with reconstructions, I would definitely go there. I really want to deal with the 'why' of all the metal work in water, mentally preparing myself for an utterly underwhelming, ungodly, motivation for hoards in lakes.
A question from us! If you had access to the TARDIS, Delorean, or any other awesome time-travelling thing (no hot tubs allowed), where would you go and what questions would you seek answers to?
If it's truth you're interested in, Dr. Tyree's philosophy class is right down the hall...
He...was....erm....clearly an inspiring lecturer to his students...? Is that the positive spin angle we are looking for?
