Went to the Doctor today to discuss my weight. First time stepping on scales in over 2.5 years. Came in at 133kg. While I am well aware my weight doesn't define my value as a person, I'm still upset by that number.

Let's hope the changes I am making stick, and I can get back to a better weight.

People look at me like I am crazy when I tell them this.

And I take it further. I firmly believe there should be government owned and operated utility companies that operate on a "not for profit" model as a method of keeping the rest of those companies in check price-wise.
