Tonight, out on the town again, enjoying din din at Southerleigh at the Pearl in SAT. A modified #MediterraneanDiet dish: ‘Peach Salad’ with mixed greens, shallots, fennel, grilled chicken (hold the salt, s’il vous plâit), sherry & peach vinaigrette, topped with extra virgin olive oil. Delish!

With addt'l comparisons, I'll see if this particular model of the wrist BP cuff is systematically off, in which case I can apply a rough correction factor. Carrying a wrist cuff in my backpack or car might come in handy. ⚕️

I finally got around to doing a head-to-head comparison of BP measurements taken with arm and wrist cuffs. I've long understood that wrist cuffs are not as accurate (overestimation of the true BP). Here, the wrist cuff overestimates by 10/5 mm Hg.
