The extra fucked up part was that the adhd meds and ibuprofen both increase blood pressure so my brain subconsciously was like "Let's put you in a scenario where that caused a stroke" like what the fuck why are we made that way 😭😭😭 (autistic mutuals don't answer that was rhetorical)
