Holy shit chat, dont take elvanse with ibuprofen I just had a sleep paralysis half-dream where I was suddenly on parents couch because of a stroke but couldn't speak or hear and dad walked over and signed to go to sleep and I tried to ask what happened and he got mad and yelled but I couldn't hear 😭
