Terms of Service

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and inclusive of conversion fees.
- The commission fee should be paid fully prior to any work being done post-draft.
- All payments are via Ko-fi, PayPal or Interac e-Transfer (for Canada only).

During the revision period, I will send the client three (3) drafts in which they may make any kind of change/edit.
- After the revision period, changes will be an additional $5 CAD each.

The client may not profit from the artwork.
- No artwork is to be used for NFTs, AI or any commercial use.
- Once completed, the piece may be posted on any social media as long as the artist is tagged and/or credited.

The commission may take up to 3 weeks to complete based on complexity.
- If I am not able to complete it, the client is to be notified along with an immediate refund.
