Our democracy has always been clunky. It was set up for us to argue in order to find consensus. But that assumes both sides act in good faith. Anyone with common sense should see that one side doesn't want to compromise. I can what-about you all day, but that's not the point is it?

Here's a crazy idea... Let them speak for themselves? Put two or three of them on @morningjoe-msnbc.bsky.social or something. Let them hide their identity how they choose. Promote the appearance no more than 24hrs in advance to minimize the danger of knuckleheads acting out.
