Except Garland wasn’t inactive. Monaco started a hinge rolling on day 1 or 2, and things rolled in for there. Smith was appointed to take charge of team as soon as there was IDR a potential conflict of interest.

The case was never tried. It did not fail.
I know this seems ages ago, but I seem to remember a particular judge deliberately slow walking and using minute orders, and then a corrupt supreme court shelving it, until the fucking prick was elected president

My theory of case is this motivation isn’t what he’s gaslighting us about.

It’s not drugs. Oil? Maybe having US take over for Putin.

All I know is it’s driven by his greed and needs to increase and sustain power.

Maybe it is to score a “victory” to rally military around him as a war president.
