I don't like mimes. Except land mimes. They blow up. And THAT'S funny.
You know, it's okay to hate Cheney AND Trump.

That's my recommendation on every Bong Joon-Ho film I've seen. This one's on Kanopy.

Doesn't matter to me that she was 89; Diane Ladd is one of those we never should have lost.
I was going to cut back on my negativity and self-condemnation. Then I thought to myself, "Fuck you, asshole, what's your goddamn problem?"
A lot of bots here seem to think I have money. Sweeties, I'm a writer.

It may seem impossible to have hope in these turbulent days

But America has been through much worse, and recovered-every time

The Civil War
The Great Depression
World Wars I and II
The Civil Rights era

So don’t give up
Stay engaged
Support one another

We will get through this

And we will win

One of the most touching scenes in Dawn of the Dead occurs when the non-zombie woman looks through the window from her safe place in a locked store and a zombie looks back at her. Mutual looks of exhaustion.

If I were running the DNC, there would be Democratic Party sponsored food relief banks across the country right now that specifically welcomed anyone regardless of party affiliation.

Along with the food, there could be voter registration and links to runforsomething.net
I don't mind that the bedroom spider has gotten so big. Mainly I'm curious what the fuck it's been eating.
Rouge (1987, d. Kwan) Anita Mui is a ghost who has returned to 1980’s Hong Kong to rejoin her lover, Leslie Cheung, who she committed suicide with fifty years before. She latches onto Alex Man and Emily Chu to help in the hunt. It’s romantic, it’s beautiful, and damn is it sad.
