I work with archival films, and I'm going to start posting some of the interesting things I run across.

For clips where copyright is no longer an issue, higher quality versions can be found on my shutterstock page.

Tom Holland should play one of her victims
Game 1&4 are what happens when the Jays get to execute their gameplan. I'm not actually sure 2&3 are the same for the Dodgers, except to the extent that their gameplan is "pay an ungodly amount of money for all the best players and hope they get a stunning individual performance at the right time"
What, you don’t want to spend the next three innings nail-biting a one run lead or something?
Actually an inverse of that. The UCP government was openly gearing up to actively run a brexit-style question. So it’s like if another group snuck in and replaced the Brexit question with a positive one. “Do you want to keep getting EU money” would have gotten a very different outcome
Smith is going to be so mad. I hope her and her separatist friends all choke on it
Today, I submitted 456,365 Albertans’ signatures to Elections Alberta, petitioning the Premier to do the right thing, avoid a divisive and economically harmful referendum, and allow MLAs to vote and reaffirm that Alberta’s future is in Canada.🇨🇦

Alberta is #ForeverCanadian
Congratulations!

Please redirect your volunteer network to the new school funding and Demetrios Nicolaides recall petitions. Keep up the momentum!
He should see if he can lend that volunteer network to the new school funding and Demetrios Nicolaides recall petitions

Oh wow.

Organizers of Alberta's 'Forever Canadian' petition say they collected 456,365 signatures.
If they need to elect a new speaker their government really might not reopen. Permanent shutdown
Every teacher in Alberta needs to descend on Demetrios Nicolaides‘ riding and pound on doors until he’s recalled
I’m deeply curious who’s going to be the government’s face on the issue while she’s gone. Normally I’d assume Nicolaides, but he’s clearly not appreciating the public microscope as it is.
I’ve probably seen a few of these bear’s descendants
They might not be as low quality as you think. Film scanning technology has improved dramatically in the last 5-10 years. I‘ve seen many films that got transferred to DVD or VHS in the 1990s-00s as a dark and muddy image that actually looks this good on modern equipment
Ugh, turns out the internet likes cats. Who knew?

Not promising to turn this into a cats on film account, but I’ll be keeping my eyes out for more cat clips.

There’s some cute bears a bit further up the thread, if you‘ll accept a cat alternative 😂

Something I love about archival films is that when someone had a couple feet of film left on a roll they'd often use it to film their cat. So many films finish with a few seconds of cats

So, here's some cats from the 1950s and 60s. They were loved

More cats doing more cat things

I get that, but logistics don’t go away for kids either. You’re not getting 40 kids through individual showers in a timely manner. Maybe the answer is is ending all public activities that might require cleaning after, but I think the trade-off would be a net loss
She’s obviously is stealing out of necessity. Take her to pick out a couple pillows of her own
A key point in a legal sense, or just a “this makes it even more distasteful” sense?
Between the tariffs, SNAP, and ATC/shutdown travel issues, I suspect Thanksgiving down there is going to be a massive flashpoint. So many people won’t be able to get home, everyone is going to make food compromises, and Black Friday will be noticeably disappointing.
