Yeah I think that makes sense. If we move first it might seal the deal for IN.

To have a net benefit, IL has to find a procedural advantage or something to stretch out the timeline and somehow sneak it in. Gotta play a careful game of chicken and win.
I like it, although I wonder if we should move strategically with regards to Indiana’s redistricting to maximize net benefit.

Braun is now pushing it more, so it might happen regardless, but they still don’t have the votes to do it… I imagine IL redistricting might convince Indiana to go for it
