There's three things that Schneider could have done that wins or ties the game.

And that was just in the last 3 innings.

We'll never know if it was stuck or not since the umpire never went to check.

The rule says it's stuck if the umpire determines it couldn't be normally played.

But the umpire never went to check. The Dodgers threw it back themselves...

Proper process would have the ump go test it and determine.
