"Rocks, wait!" - "Out of my way" sounds suspiciously close to Rocks charging straight into Domi Reversi or something. My bets are seriously on that, 'cause bringing it up otherwise just to use it on Rocks's family is sort of... not the main point, just foreshadowing/reminder that it's a thing.

The only ship (besides marines) that we KNOW will sail out of there is Roger's. Surely Rocks's too 'cause that's a lot of surviving Rocks Pirates if they didn't have a ship, unless Kaido flies them all out on his back or something.

I was thinking that maybe Eris and Teach could have been saved by Kuma, but guess we'll see soon if they're still on the island or not. Otherwise that's going to be tricky, since they also showed marines destroying ships trying to leave the island. Right?

'n Rocks was a pirate. Rocks Pirate Crew, jolly roger, actual whole list of things they did and robbed and looted and fought. I don't know how and why he decided to leave God Valley and become one, but it does feel like a part of a bigger plan on his part. Still, a pirate with a bigger plan!

I feel that the rest of the Davy clan just lived peacefully, hoping to hide away, and weren't pirates. 'n Eris's comment was more born of how things are outside God Valley, where pirates are obviously treated as criminals (many/most of them are).

The official translation says that the destruction might bring about the birth of something entirely new, which could almost sound like foreseeing RA rising, but the early scanlations made it sound almost like waking something up from under the island. So yeah, just wondering!

I like how Eris and Dragon are mirrored there in the panels. And how we see Kuma saving the people. He saved over 500 people, right? They and their descendants must still be alive somewhere, knowing the truth... well, about the celestial dragons and the hunt.
