Hadn’t expected to feel so full of emotion and dread.

Could explain his screaming before he could speak. His sensory needs overlooked purposely due to the desire for UKSBA to gain professional standards accreditation. I regret being convinced by educators/LA that the school could ever meet his needs.
My son had a bout of catastrophising last night, thinking of returning to school after half term. We talked it through.

Struck me though how distraught he must have been when he was at an academy that was wholly inappropriate for his disabilities due to the state using him and I as research.
To all of those perceived crazy awkward disruptors or difficult women.

For me, I found that drinking 500ml water or squash prior to a a meal helps to reduce over eating and volume eating keeps you fuller for longer.
