Choujiro Kanta, from my horror project 'The Great Katabasis'.
An affable, cultured antagonist who runs a once-luxurious, haunted hotel, and has a hobby of trying strange foods. He is modeled and named after the folktale 'Choujiro the Horse-Eater'.

I feel more fairness and confidence-building towards new writers would kill some of the ChatGPT temptation.
Lack of drive and confidence, and quantity over quality culture is a lot of it, and believe me, I'd rather see YOUR work, no matter how flawed, than a stolen slurry posing as a book.

It's kind of lost media, but years ago I started a Silent Hill 1 manga. Wasn't great, and only went up to where Harry finds the "dog" body - hours wasted detailing Harry's car, mostly. But the experience did make me wonder why SH has struggled so much with adaptation.
