not to keep harping, but being a prolific artist and using AI, besides all the other nasty about it, it's a real breach of trust for the audience? from the second you announce you've used it just once, the thought in everyone's mind when they see a new piece is gonna be:
"did they use AI for this?"

I have little money. I generally can’t afford to get commissions more than cheap ones a couple times a year, and I very often get frustrated wishing I could see my OCs in more Situations, and do you know what I do? Nothing. I just do what I’m able to and save up and appreciate the gifts I’ve gotten.

I wasn’t gonna have a Take, but yeah. The same way people come to you for your artistic abilities, you pay that forward and go to someone else for theirs. I sometimes get to hold the 12 dollars, then sometimes it’s Brelly’s turn, or Rastle’s turn, or Scarf’s turn, or someone else’s. And that’s nice.

In this neck of the woods the size community is a collective of artists and fans who are all broke goofballs. If you want to see something done with your OCs that’s outside of your art wheelhouse you dont use AI, you use the tried and true method of “artists sharing the same 12 dollars between us”
