I've started to paint the birds I see in Australia so I've been a bit off the fish lately. Oh and I live in Australia now.

I just noticed I was absent mindedly berating myself for never really understanding x ray diffraction on more than a surface level. Like what the hell?
It's been established I don't know how to be kind to myself, I guess I can start at least noticing when I'm being unreasonable out of habit.
