The aim for the current UI is "don't leave playtesters stranded", but I fully intend on doing another pass on this UI before we get to the actual game. That said, it's really not too bad as-is, but definitely not optimal.

I think that's likely what I'll do going forward, still need to do an honest to goodness UI pass on the options menu. For now I have a serviceable hack that works with kb/controller, but I don't think I'm ever going to go through that hell again willingly.

Incredibly appreciative of the feedback I've been getting on Puppy Truck. It's easy to get lost in a project and lose the ability to see things critically and end up feeling like what you're just spinning your wheels. Thank you.
