On this day in Sesame Street history, Sesame Street was on the wrong end of another soulless decision by Zaslav and WB. Hopefully Sesame Workshop can find a new studio that cares more about the IP and the children it was created to educate and inspire.

We lost Carroll Spinney, the original performer of Big Bird 5 years ago today. He developed him from a goofy giant to a sensitive six-year-old. We miss you, Carroll 💛

I, and Sesame History as a page, will always stand against harassment and bullying. I’m seeing a lack of accountability which is incredibly disheartening. This community, especially, is supposed to be a place where you should feel safe. I’m here if you need support.
