It has been a real struggle getting the 2 staff I have in breakfast club currently. Additional hours, facilities, costs, space… it’s another thing to worry about, much as I appreciate the intent.

I have an intimate care policy we use to cover this but we’ve been working closely with parents/nursery to ensure the 5 (5!!) in nappies in July don’t have them tomorrow 🤞🏼🤞🏼. No SEND. We had 1 last year (again, no SEND).
