Stay aware: Trump's DOJ asks PA to turn over our #voters' personal info (driver's license, social security #s & more). Nope, says #PA Sec'y of the Commonwealth Al #Schmidt. This demand “is unprecedented and unlawful, and we will vigorously fight the federal government’s overreach in court."

Toss this bogus mailer if you get it. It's just millionaires trying to remove Democratic #PA #SupremeCourt Justices Donohue, Dougherty & Wecht from the bench. VOTE YES to retain them! PA Bar Assn said all 3 should be retained, calling them “fair” & “open to consideration of differing perspectives."

Make your #voting plan for Nov. 4. The person who wins the open seat on Commonwealth Court could help shape Pennsylvania’s laws on everything from elections to firearms, while the candidate who wins a seat on Superior Court could help decide the outcomes of high-profile criminal cases.

Unfortunately, Amy has joined campaigns with Ken Vybrial (R), which pits them together against Daeja. The rules of the Democratic Party do not allow Democratic Committee members to campaign with Republicans against a Democrat. The penalty for such actions is normally removal from the Dem Committee.
