Behind the scenes: a budget that builds on our progress.

Senate Republicans need to put aside their politics, listen to the victims, and get this done. Now.

Survivors of childhood sexual abuse deserve a chance at real accountability.

I’ve been calling for statute of limitations reform for years — and the House has passed a clean bill 6 different times since I’ve been in office.
February 9, 2026 at 10:13 PM
As this space evolves quickly, we need to move even quicker to protect Pennsylvanians.

We need to hold these companies and developers accountable and put real safeguards in place — like requiring age verification and parental consent, and preventing these bots from producing sexually explicit or violent content featuring kids.
February 9, 2026 at 9:27 PM
AI companion bots don’t just pose serious risks for our kids — they can also be dangerous for our seniors and those with disabilities.
February 9, 2026 at 9:27 PM
It's cruel, and it was preventable. We will not stop working to lower costs here in Pennsylvania, but I truly wish the federal government could say the same.

As a DIRECT result, Pennsylvanians' health care premiums more than doubled and nearly 85,000 have been forced to drop their coverage because they just can’t afford to keep it anymore. That's 1 in 5 enrollees that couldn't keep their plan.
February 9, 2026 at 8:16 PM
Donald Trump and Congressional Republicans refused to extend the ACA premium tax credits.
February 9, 2026 at 8:16 PM
Here in Pennsylvania, we take care of each other — and my Administration will continue to protect the good people of this Commonwealth.
February 9, 2026 at 7:28 PM
My latest budget protects our seniors from abuse and financial exploitation, puts real AI safeguards in place for our kids, and delivers dedicated state funding for the 988 crisis line for the first time ever.

Let’s pass this commonsense plan into law and ensure Pennsylvania is an energy leader for years to come.
February 9, 2026 at 5:02 PM
✅ Reform our permitting laws to get energy projects off the ground faster.
✅ Diversify our energy sector and increase investment in renewable energy.
✅ Save consumers an estimated $664 million on their utility bills and create 15,000 new jobs.

I’m an all-of-the-above energy Governor — and my Lightning Plan will:

As long as I’m your Governor, abortion will remain safe, legal, and accessible here in Pennsylvania.

If we want to get serious about helping Pennsylvanians afford housing, health care, and more, then we need to raise the minimum wage and help them earn a decent living.
February 8, 2026 at 4:11 PM
I know folks are struggling with higher costs caused by Donald Trump’s failed economic policies.
February 8, 2026 at 4:11 PM
We’ve cut taxes SEVEN times since I took office, and I’ve called to raise our minimum wage every year I’ve been Governor.
February 8, 2026 at 4:11 PM
Let’s keep going so that EVERY student in Pennsylvania has access to a quality education.
February 7, 2026 at 6:21 PM
We’ve gotten a lot done for our kids over the last three years. So far we’ve:

🥞Served more than 224 MILLION free breakfasts.

👷Enrolled 3,000 more students in career and technical education programs.

🧑‍🏫Paid 2,000 student teachers for their hard work in the classroom.
February 7, 2026 at 6:21 PM
Our investments are working.
February 7, 2026 at 5:01 PM
We’ve collected $416.8 million more than expected in revenue so far this year, proposed two significant new revenue sources, and even if we passed every one of my proposals, we’d still have over $3 billion in the Rainy Day Fund.
February 7, 2026 at 5:01 PM
For anyone in Harrisburg who tries to tell you that we can’t afford to make bigger investments in our kids, public safety, and our economy — let’s look at the facts.

Representing Pennsylvania on the world stage.

Good luck to all of our incredible athletes competing in Milan at the 2026 Winter Olympics!

As of January 1, 19 U.S. states saw increases to their minimum wage go into effect.

Again, Pennsylvania wasn't one of them. The time to raise the minimum wage is now.
