Green Alkanet wildflowers which have been flowering since early summer and have continued well into this month. They start as pinkish-mauve buds, which then open into bright blue flowers with a white centre, very pretty and tiny! 🥰💚💙💚

Here’s a very interesting looking willow tree, it appears to have lost most of its lower branches over time and there could be a number of reasons for that. Still a very intriguing looking tree!
