This is so interesting (coming across this old post ofc) because I’m a criminal defense lawyer. I watch judges who just cannot believe that a defendant wouldn’t have “respect” for probation or the justice system … that treats humans worse than dogs. Like, hmm, I wonder?

I’m okay with waiting for a conviction or a plea in Wendy and Eddie’s respective cases before assuming their guilt. But that’s just me. (I do criminal defense.) #RHOP Jen Shah, I was more ready to think she was fucked, but part of that was being in federal court.

Today my daughter's preschool is holding a farewell assembly for one of her classmates whose mother has no choice but to self deport. The school is hoping it will be joyful in tone, so we might make this less upsetting for this 3 year old.

There's just no words for the uselessness of this cruelty.

“Friend” is a loose term since I found out he thought it was a personal responsibility issue whether my family would be broken up by immigration issues. But I continue to harass him on his political positions because he’s influential to his sons and their friends. And that just bothers me.
