Oh my god..... I'm so sad, I feel like this guy only just retired recently, one of the greatest artists ever. The documentation about how he went about designing and illustrating his posters taught me so much. Go read up on it, as an artist you gotta. 😔

r/SaaS u/soasme I deleted ALL AI features... and user growth went UP. Everyone's busy adding Al to everything. I did the same for indie10k.com but it didn't work. I removed all of fancy Al stuff - Al coach, Al growth ideas, Al "personalized" advice - everything. Guess what? I see more registered users and higher retention. That actually make me wonder why now i have one page with one button, without all that Al thingy, but it does better? Here's my question: Is Al feature actually helping SaaS grow?

So we can have a similar thing with Macaria being a child solely of Hades and no one else. I have no idea how they would do that, but shenanigans could occur.

A quick Google search told me a goddess called Macaria is the daughter of Hades, and absolutely nothing else about her. Potentially the goddess of “Blessed Death”.

I think this could be a great way to have her be just “the daughter of Hades” because then you can connect it to Aphrodite since she

My concern is that I don’t know who would be the protagonist?

I’m not super familiar with Greek Mythos, but it has to be a very minor God that exists on Olympus as it is, and has to have some kind of tie to Hades as a character to keep the title cohesive.

Hades III (if there is one and if not, no pressure Supergiant) could be about someone on Olympus and choosing to go down to defeat Gaia/Gaea and going up to help Ouranus, which you then resolve their conflict.

Could be a fun finale to the hades franchise entirely.

Had a thought:

Hades I was about Zagreus’s story about breaking from the underworld to the surface.

Hades II was about Melinoe’s story of being at a midpoint and choosing to go down to the underworld or up to Olympus.

Finished the Hades 2 ending. Wasn’t sure what my video would be about, but after talking it through with a friend in helping them process the ending, I think I’ve got it!

And the fact that even with all of her strength, power and reach, she’s still not talking about Palestine (even fakely!) speaks volumes. Like sure she’s getting engaged, but she can do a bored repost on her insta and still make a HUGE impact with white women.

At the end of the day, she’s probably trying to reinvent herself in a way that speaks to her past experiences as herself.

I did have a similar criticism with Dua Lipa 3 where you could really feel that they wrote the album between tour dates. TAKE YOUR TIME.

Obviously: bad argument. She has a brand she’s known for with her lyrics and all her past music, so she should stick to her strengths.

Personally I think an artist can change their direction to try something new at any point. Even someone as huge and popular as Taylor Swift.

I don’t think this album is as good as her other albums. Folklore is my favourite of all her albums cause it’s just so tight!!

I think what TS means by “this is the album I’ve wanted to make for a long time” is one that doesn’t have the specific weight of the notion of Taylor Swift.

I also think ending the Eras Tour before her next album post-TTDP was also a part of that to kinda convey that she’s doing this really big last hurrah to celebrate and bring together everything TS has been since her debut decades ago, and she’s gonna close this book of who TS has been

My takeaway from that at the end of TTDP was that all of TS albums from self titled to TTDP was all one giant arc of who she is.

“The Manuscript” puts a whole bow on what she’s experienced, and kinda closes the whole book of… everything!
