RuZZia is a terrorist state that needs to cease to exists.
Police have released bodycam footage from the first moments after yesterday’s Russian strike on a kindergarten in Kharkiv.

In it, officers are seen evacuating terrified children from the basement. The kids are visibly shaken. their building had just exploded above their heads.

I should note: by my count, this makes at least four clergy members *that I know of* who have been shot with pepper balls or rubber bullets fired by ICE/DHS agents in recent weeks — two Presbyterians, two Methodists and a UCCer.
Big year for photos of clergy enduring pain while protesting ICE.

If the FBI shows up at your door, and doesn’t have a warrant, you are permitted to refuse to answer questions until you talk to your lawyer. You are not required to let them in the house without a warrant.
Apparently Trump is now sending the FBI to the homes of innocent protestors, in part to find out who is behind the "criminal conspiracy" arranging these protests.

The real reason is obviously the chilling effect on free speech for those attending.

Trump wants to end judicial oversight. As cases from California, Oregon & Illinois move toward SCOTUS, you would expect the Supreme Court to object to the effort to render it irrelevant, but the question is whether this Court will.

Here's the letter, from last week, that @warren.senate.gov sent to Google about the quid pro quo, settling their YouTube lawsuit in exchange for helping to destroy the East Wing.

Wyden, Sanders, Blumenthal, and Merkley also signed.

There's a *lot* going on in the three different state lawsuits challenging President Trump's federalization of National Guard troops under 10 U.S.C. § 12406.

Via "One First," my attempt to break down where things stand, how we got here, and what to expect next:
