I don't even draw stuff remotely equatable to what I went through.

But I'll still defend the stuff that makes ME go "ugh, no thanks" because right now there are people out there saying trans people should be censored/removed from the internet entirely and equating us to a disease. So. :)

Every time discussion of obviously fictional media being equated to real life harm comes up, I spend an unhealthy amount of time typing out and deleting a detailed account of what I went through when I was 8 years old.

I shouldn't have to trauma dump to explain why equating me to my abusers is-

No. Because whatever is happening between myself and other enthusiastically consenting adults IS a consensual event.

Abuse is a very real problem. Censorship of obviously fictional media is not the solution.

Your "ew, icky, I'm uncomfy" response to these things means the tools that are meant to protect both of us are failing or non-existent. Privacy, filters, tags, enforcing users to take advantage of these things, proper age gating, etc.
