i have charcoal pencils and white pens i bought specifically for tanned sketchbook use (my first time having one!) but when i go to this treatment, the doctor always gives me a pen because I prefer it. it's like a janky ball point with a big plastic thumbs up on the end haha

At my esketamine treatment today, the doctor suggested I listen to music. Listened to the new Dance Gavin Dance album and boom! Two hours and this XD
