Also, the process timeline is relatively the same no matter what method you use. You won’t really start seeing major physical effects for several months but the emotional and sexual changes will happen relatively immediately no matter what method you use. The rest is up to your body!

a tendency to fall off sometimes. Which is not ideal and does not spark joy. I think there’s a topical application as well like it is for T-Gel? But I don’t know anyone who’s on it right now.

TL:DR: I think injections are the easiest and they seem to keep levels very stable! But pills work fine! 💛

beginning! So, I’m pretty happy with the injections personally. But it comes down to personal preference, health and ability. Pawsonally, needles don’t bother me too much so it was easy for me to do injections. I also have a friend who’s on patches and she says they work well, but they seem to /3

I eventually asked my endo to switch to the shots. Forgetting to take my pills (or panicking cause I couldn’t remember if I took them or not lol) was a problem, so doing the shots once a week was much better. It took a bit of tweaking but my levels are stable for now, best they’ve been since the /2

I started on pills as most do. They’re the simplest to deal with but they can be a bit inconsistent with the absorption levels (like if you let them dissolve under your tongue versus swallow them). My levels were kinda all over the place for a while before I ended up on the max dosage of pills. /1
