Hey @seattledot.bsky.social, when are the remaining cross walks on this section going to be fixed? There are still several crosswalks in this section that are extremely jarring to ride over. #SeaBikes

SDOT removed the old crosswalk stripings on the burke near Leary that had been layered so many times a lot of riders would leave the crosswalk to avoid the jarring bumps they created. Thanks #SDOT! #SeaBikes

I waited at the light here to go straight through as shown in your picture and when the light turned green a car to the right of me cut me off and turned left and drove in the wrong side of the ride until they made it passed the median 🙃

I found one. But it is weird how easy it is to find an ebike with these requirements but very difficult to find for regular bikes.

Yeah the niro would be just fine for that. Trips under 500 miles (just one fast charging stop) won't be that bad, just time your charging stop with your lunch/dinner break and it's not an issue. Assuming you'll have access to charging at home it's a great little city car.

If its primary purpose is for city driving it will be great. One downside of the niro is the fast charging is really slow compared to the competition so it won't be a great long distance road tripper. I've heard there are great lease deals on Equinox EV, VW ID4, and Honda Prologues too.
