Been yapping about making a couple of things with grilled peaches for a few weeks. Finally picked some up yesterday and @centexag.bsky.social gave me some late night inspiration.

There's nothing incredible about it. Quick and greasy. But I have real fond memories from long ago of feeding the juke box there at 3 am and singing with my best friends. I like it for nostalgia now. Cheap breakfast, crispy waffles, hot coffee, good memories.

Either headed to Baja or maybe Puerto Vallarta for some fishing and golf around Thanksgiving. Was looking at La Paz too but I'm leaning Puerto Vallarta because I think the fishing will be better that late in November.

2 days fishing, 1 day golf, 2 days chillin is my itinerary.
