Yes, I find it incredibly hilarious that I have a mainline story where a character gets their right eye ripped out and that's the one that started giving me trouble the most.

Sometimes "manifesting" backfires horribly.

Update:

I have two polar cataracts on the bottom of my eyeballs. No retinal tear or detachment. Doc said they're so small rn that there's no sense in operating unless they impeded my vision or my eyes get drastically worse.

Ladies, this means you gotta put em in my hands.
