When governments approve new fossil fuel projects while claiming climate leadership, it reveals a dangerous hypocrisy. This failure to implement a climate trigger shows we can't rely on voluntary schemes. We need mandatory policies like a Frequent Flyer Levy – to force real cuts, not empty promises.
