There's also poetry from Simon Armitage and Chris Sewart (including a workshop to get creative yourself!), and fascinating talks on music from Alan Johnson and John Cambridge, plus more to be announced (watch this space...!)

Events will be taking place right across Beverley, with venues including East Riding Theatre, Parkway Cinema, Beverley Memorial Hall, Toll Gavel United Church and the Monks Walk Inn.

If you came to our Ukrainian event on the last day of the festival, you'll know just how special it was - and we're pleased to say that it's had a lasting impact. The performers have donated the £125 raised to a Ukrainian charity, so every penny will make a difference. Thanks to all who donated!
