It doesnt really make them good people, because theyre not meant to be people. The role of the greek gods was not like jesus christ in Christianity, who is meant more as a role model. Greek gods just were, and you were better of having them as a friend.

Idk its by no means serious, but its one of the few modern adaptations ive seen that doesnt try to get a logical narrative out of mythology with good gods and bad ones, instead it highlights the flaws of the gods as something integral to them and their various domains.

And over the course of the game you have to return those flawed aspects of them to the gods to bring them to full power. Like it doesnt ignore how terrible aphrodite could be, but instead makes the player go on a quest to change her from a generous tree back into her envious and wrathful self

My favourite adaptation of greek myth is honestly ubisoft's phoenix rising, which is also a very humorous and unserious game, and far from accurate, but i like that it doesnt try to paint some gods as good and others as bad. Theyre all selfish individuals with too much power for their own good.
