Biden carries the full responsibility here. There is nowhere to hide. Unlike the rest of the world, the US can monitor every inch of Gaza by satellites +monitor all Israeli IDF communications. Biden knew exactly what was happening on the ground. Like trump, the Palestinians mean nothing to Biden.

Fabulous news. Russia deserves to be prosecuted for war crimes. It’s important that international justice is seen as essential + is enforceable. As a citizen of the EU I fully support this endeavour.

The shadow docket is an outrageous abuse of the already ‘supreme’ power the Supreme Court has to determine how the law is to be applied in the United States. It’s a Timeout for political allies to temporarily abuse power. It’s clearly being used tactically by the current Justices of the S Court.

Barrett’s words must seem hollow to those people caught in the societal mayhem she and her colleagues have left the USA to experience.
A person beaten by masked men or an autistic child disappeared to an unknown location, knowing the SC decision could eventually be reversed is damn cold comfort.

Barrett is basically admitting that the Supreme Court,(if the majority favours a political perspective) can use the shadow docket to temporarily give their political allies excessive control but then remove the excessive control decision if an election changes the political party in power.

A 15 year old boy with autism went missing earlier this week

He was selling fruit with his family in Springbranch when he disappeared

They filed a missing person’s report & begged the public to help find him

Turns out he was in a Houston ICE detention facility

They kidnapped a disabled child!
