The CPS (Crown Prosecution Service) ban rape survivors from accessing therapy and support before trial because it "taints the evidence" - something that is not the case for any other crime - and continually raise the bar for prosecuting sexual violence. This has fuck all to do with stopping abuse.

UK legislators are moving to criminalize the distribution or possession of "strangulation" porn and hoo-ey there are about a thousand things that can go wrong with this.

An amendment will be added to the Crime and Policing Bill this week.
