Sociologically speaking, there is always a minority segment of a society that tends authoritarian and are vulnerable to manipulation by despots. But the majority of people naturally resist dominance, and have strategies for avoiding it, so that gives me hope in these darkening days.

Kind of their version of an antichrist figure. Seduce everyone with trinkets, then devour you. Paul Levy, though not Indigenous, has published a few books on wetiko, relating it to the Jungian shadow. He referenced Forbes’ book, as did Dunbar-Ortiz. I’ve been reading some great books recently.

Immigrants are usually invited in or at least allowed. White settler colonialism, more like. Pretty much what the Israelis have been doing to Palestinians, but with lower-tech weaponry. European colonizers took 4 centuries to accomplish what Israel is trying to do in less than a century.

They have imperial ambitions to conquer the entire Western Hemisphere. Of course that plan is doomed to fail, as our empire is falling, not rising, but that is what they want.

Trump’s brain checked out a long time ago. He’s just a puppet to bureaucrats who are staging a coup now. But useful for them to retain MAGA buy-in on a police state. Let’s hope DJT croaks sooner rather than later—we’ll see how durable their power is then.

Yes, and it’s on whites to fix this, if we dare. If we can. If we truly believe the values we claim to espouse. Class and race issues were deliberately entangled at the founding of this place to keep the lower classes from uniting against the owners. We can’t address one without the other in the US.
