It actually is crazy because people who can just sleep will tell you there’s no way it wont. Ugh.
Idk if you’d like advice, but as someone who has had insomnia while smoking weed on ambien: Melatonin can help but magnesium glycinate is way more helpful.
But turning off your brain is the hardest part
