I asked Madelity; what's with the wheel?

"I honestly have a hard time remembering where it exactly came from. I'm pretty sure my idea at the time was that I wanted a day where I didn't have a set 'thing' that I wanted to do, and I had heard of people spinning wheels to make decisions and such. Initially the wheel only had a couple of options, games I was playing at the time, or games I was looking at playing, with options to 'spin again' to allow for a little bit of shenanigans. I called it 'Wheel Wednesday', and it just stuck.

Now there's a channel point redemption so people can add whatever they desire to it (within reason), which ended up making it bigger and more random. They tend to be my favourite streams each week because of how varied they are."

To state the obvious; Fox is one of the genuine ones. A delightful presence both on and off stream, their radiant enthusiasm and diverse interests drew me in immediately.

I asked hexxfoxx; what do you think you've learned through streaming?

"When I moved into my first apartment I was all of a sudden alone, in a new city. I had my games and my PC, and I figured… maybe I should try streaming?

I genuinely do think it’s helped with my anxiety, and got me to crack out of my shell and show people the 'me' that only my close friends usually get to see.

In the beginning it’s terrifying because it feels like its just you and a camera in a room, and you feel like there’s a formula to follow? So you tense up and you overthink quite a bit. But I feel like we all at some point hit the spot of 'I need to just be me' because realistically if someone wanted to watch someone that’s just like any other streamer why wouldn’t they just go watch them?

You could dabble in different content and niches, but there’s only one of you."

I asked InksCauldron; what's it like inside the artist culture on Twitch?

"The art scene is fantastic. There are streamers who work mainly on personal projects, others who work on commissions, those who use it as a space for artistic growth (like myself), and more who enjoy it/work better from a social aspect like co-working. I started streaming because I had friends who enjoyed my art and wanted to sit in and watch me make things from sketches to studies to full pieces. Sometimes I've been told people learn stuff when they're watching along too.
The best part for me is between studying to get better and the unabashed joy in making whatever idea captivates my attention. From assets to future projects and world expansions around the character I've made for myself. If I want I can even make models specific to the games I play because-... I can do that!"
