I think about this tweet a lot. Especially lately.
How do you balance chores, errands, work, career building side projects, relationships, and basic bio functions like food and sleep?

I'm not dating and don't have kids, so I don't have that excuse, but also don't have any one to share the responsibility and I'm tuckered.
Also, those groups I closed... I forgot about them, so those don't count... Right?

Today in physical therapy I had a direct current run through my entire body with a specialized TENS machine with electrodes on my feet and neck.

Sometimes being Kind is orthogonal to being Nice.

Being Kind is giving painful but necessary feedback to help someone correct a potentially detrimental behavior or habit.

Being Nice is avoiding giving feedback to avoid hurting their feelings.
