Certainly London's high attainment results are linked to it's high ethnic minority proportion

The irony here is

A) there probably *are* such schools (if you look at English skills *at entry*/year 1)

B) those schools almost certainly outperform the national average by the time the kids leave!

Are there? London school results are outperforming everywhere else, partly + migration/diversity effects
