I just did 20 minutes of sprint interval training for the first time, and ohmyfreakinggod it sucked. Somebody tell me it's worth it. Alternatively, somebody tell me it's fine if I just spend the rest of my life lying on the couch and eating cake.

I was slightly less lazy and consulted Snopes. Couldn't find anything to confirm or deny, but Snopes did tell me, "No, Trump Didn't Post About Oral Sex and Corn Dogs." (Oh, how I wish I was making this up...)

Worrying is my default setting. Listened to a podcast yesterday on exercise for healthy aging, this morning found myself anxiously checking my toe strength.
