I think this is a big part why being called rebar affects me so much, cause it heavily leans into, at all times, me not needing to be a person and instead I can just a thing. A thing doesn’t feel guilty, it can just be happy!

the idea of just being a *thing* is ik a bit entry level in the orbitoclastbait snuffkink community but there is some sort of power inherent to the simplest aspect of that objectification. like. oh you aren't "you," you are a *thing*. you aren't a person, you're an *it*. a plushie. a doll. a statue.
