If you play along with a collectibles guide you can do it in one, or go in blind and do a second run after as the game is only ~4 hours long. It’s unlikely you’d find all collectibles naturally as some are very far off the story path.

Been playing Fort Solis.
Good-looking game and creepy atmosphere, but pretty slow going, and I mean literally as you can’t walk any faster. No combat but occasional QTEs, it’s mostly finding files and audio logs trying to find out what happened at this Mars research outpost.
